Note: I don't accept returns but that's for a reason, if I did people want to return everything like Amazon lets them do. I don't allow that, no. However, if you have an issue with a defective item or it got damaged during shipping, we will of course come to an acceptable agreement between us that works out for both parties. Just shoot me a message and we will get the issue resolved to your satisfaction somehow. I value all of my customers and my  feedback and strive to have excellent customer service.  Most of my items, if an open box, are tested fully before I list them. Please review my feedback, as the only unhappy customers I have are ones that don't reach out to me about their issue before leaving feedback. I assure you that. Also I almost always ship same day or the very next day at the most. I only have the handling time set to 3 days just in case but thats definetly not the norm for me. Your item/items will arrive a day or two earlier than is expected 90% of the time for real.
